Last but not least, Jas Projects has brought on from its early years its own Quality Management System, certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, and its own Enviroment Management System, certified UNI EN ISO 14001:2004. The main points and goals are hereby briefly summarized – but please do not hesitate to contact us in any of our offices in Italy and or abroad.

Quality Management System

JAS PROJECTS S.p.a. intends to be appreciated for the quality of its services, and to further establish and strengthen its position in the marketplace, in order to attain professional reward, and to  generate profit for the Company.

To this aim:

  • We ensure maximum celerity in replying, together with maximum respect of each Customer’s needs, and of each contract’s requirements and technical specifications;
  • We are committed to take into paramount consideration each Customer’s particular requirements, needs, and preferred transport solutions;
  • We work together with each and every one of our Customers, with the aim of buiding up a solid and long-lasting business – as well as human  –  relationship and strengthen it over time;
  • We set the same target of mutual commitment, trust, sincerity and efficiency in our relationship with our Suppliers.

The above targets set in our Policy are pursued by following means:

  • Our Company’s Quality Management System (Q.M.S., certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2008);
  • The employment of highly qualified, and highly motivated personnel, always committed to the improvement of the respective Company’s procedures.
  • A constant monitoring of our Customers’ satisfaction, and continuous control over Company’s processes, by means of specific instruments of analysis, measurement and feed back, all these being part of a wider system of performance evaluation, regularly and periodically assessed and updated

Quality Organization & Human Resources:

The Company’s Management has assigned specific duties to the Quality Manager, as well as the necessary authority and power to enforce the Company’s procedures, in order to perform according to the requested standard.

Each and every member of our Organization is expected to act according to the spirit and direction of our Quality Policy – this is the reason why the maximum of committment is requested to our Staff, in order for everyone to contribute, responsibly and professionally, to the realization of the goals that have been set.

Q.M.S. (Quality Management System) planning:

Planning of Q.M.S. is being carried out in tune with the Company’s strategies, the Quality Policy,  the Business Plan, the resources and instruments pertaining to operational and service divisions. The planning of all activities normally carried out by Jas Projects is described and reported in the documents of the Q.M.S., and particularly the Operational Procedures.

Enviroment Management System

Jas Project’s policy is to respect, protect and safeguard the environment, preventing and limiting pollution in all of its activities, products and services by achieving specific objectives which concern

  • Jas Project’s clients (companies, Official Bodies and Public Authorities) and the Community, for whom it is our duty to respect the legislation in place to protect the environment in which they live and to ensure that they benefit from its integrity;
  • the competent Authorities, for whom we must demonstrate our adherence to current legislation in the execution of the projects submitted for their approval.

Jas Project’s Environmental Policy was drawn up following an initial analysis of its site combined with research into continuing improvement, and adheres fully to current Environmental Legislation and Regulations.

Our Management team will review these general objectives each year, dividing them into partial objectives, measurable where possible, which will be assigned to individuals responsible for ensuring continuing improvement both in the efficiency of our company and in the satisfaction of Jas Project’s extensive client base.

Specifically, our objectives for the current year are:

  • to certify our Environmental Management System, developed in accordance with ISO 14001/04 Standard;
  • to reduce fuel consumption through improved transport management;
  • to improve our control over indirect aspects, specifically those relating to our infrastructures;
  • to improve our control over our water and electricity consumption through monitoring actions;
  • to make our external suppliers familiar with the principles of this integrated policy.

Jas Project is committed to documenting and upholding its Environmental Policy, and to making available the human resources, specialist skills and technologies, as well as the financial resources necessary for implementing and running its Environmental Management System. The company also undertakes to promote responsibility and sensitivity in all of its employees at every level of its activity, by providing appropriate information and training programmes.

 The Environment and Quality Manager (EQM) must take responsibility for the application of the EMS (Environmental Management System), thus making sure that the System is understood and implemented by everyone who works for or on behalf of the organisation. Personnel at all levels must ensure that the Environmental Management System is applied effectively within the areas for which they are responsible.

 Furthermore, appropriate performance indicators must be identified and measured to ensure the fulfilment of the requirements of the Environmental Management System. These indicators will be identified and measured by the EQM.

The above is a summary of the key principles of our Environmental Policy, which the Management team is committed to upholding, and which operates in harmony with the Company’s strategic vision. We at Jas Project undertake to make sure that our employees take responsibility and that the objectives discussed are their priority. Jas Project’s Management is committed to dedicating sufficient time and resources to achieving these objectives, whilst ensuring that this is not to the detriment of its production activities.

This Policy is communicated to all personnel who work for or on behalf of the organisation through the corporate bulletin boards and is made available externally through communication to suppliers or on request.
